Your childcare program is the starting point for questions about your child’s care, enrollment and bill. These guides help you find the family workspace and give the program enough information to help with a question.
Your workspace and your program
Section titled “Your workspace and your program”The family portal is the starting point for parents and guardians. Use the account details your program has arranged. If a record is missing or your sign-in does not look right, check with the program before creating another account.
An enrollment describes your child’s care arrangement at a site and group, including the attendance schedule. The site is the home or centre where care happens. Your program maintains these arrangements and handles enrollment decisions.
Make sense of a billing question
Section titled “Make sense of a billing question”An invoice shows charges for a billed period. The amount charged and the amount still owing can differ after payments, credits or later adjustments.
For an explanation of the bill itself, read Read a parent invoice. For a question about your family’s amount, contact the program with the invoice or billing period you mean. You do not need to know how the program runs billing to ask about your own bill.
