Find your family workspace
The family portal is the starting point for parents and guardians.
Getting access
Section titled “Getting access”Your program invites you by email. Open the link in the invitation, then:
- New to AmalynCare: create a password.
- Already using AmalynCare: enter your existing AmalynCare password.
You can then sign in to the family portal. An invitation link is valid for 14 days and works once. If it has expired or does not work, ask your program to send a new invitation, and check which email address it has for you.
If information does not look right
Section titled “If information does not look right”Contact your program before creating another account. Explain which information you expected to see so the team can review the correct family record.
