First steps for program teams
Start by confirming your organization, your responsibilities, and the records your team expects you to maintain.
Get oriented
Section titled “Get oriented”- Attendance: each group’s daily arrivals and departures.
- Site Operations: your homes and centres, programs, operating days, inspections and people on premises.
- Children & Families: family enquiries under Inquiries, applications, enrollments, Children, and Parents & Contacts.
- Staff: the Staff Directory with each person’s details, employment and roles, and timesheets.
- Documents: stored files, templates and signing requests.
- Billing: tuition, family bills and provider remittance.
- Inventory: supplies, stock quantities and movements.
Your permissions determine which parts of the workspace are available. An administrator can help with access questions.
Agree on your team’s starting point
Section titled “Agree on your team’s starting point”Before adding records, check whether they already exist. Agree on names for your locations and groups so colleagues can find the same information.
Review one familiar task with your program administrator before making changes to unfamiliar records.
If you are setting up a new organization, follow Set up your organization.
Continue with people and sites or the enrollment overview.
